If you would rather not deal with the day-to-day frustrations that come along with a remodel or redesign, but prefer to have someone managing your design project for you in great detail, my full-service Interior Design and Project Management services are the best way forward. For one flat-fee, I will handle all of the moving parts of your project so that you can relax and have confidence throughout the process.

FLAT FEE, DEPENDING ON BUDGET + SCOPE
If you have a more complex project and plan to spend a minimum of $25K USD on furniture or finishes for a remodel, my full-service, flat-fee service may be the right fit for you. This offering is based on both a flat design fee and all purchasing and execution going through my firm. I will handle everything; from the renovation down to the installation of the last pillow.
This service begins with a 60-minute meeting at your residence ($199 USD). Based on the findings of that meeting, I will develop a scope of work, timeline, design fee and a furnishings budget estimate for your project.
