Price based on project
When undertaking a home remodel or furnishing project, I understand the need to know what to expect - especially financially.
My fixed fee model means I will tell you up front what it will take for me to help you complete your project so that you can plan accordingly. I determine this fee based on an initial consultation, as well as historical data from projects of similar scope and scale.
Most clients prefer a flat fee because they know exactly what they are paying for and don’t feel nickeled and dimed along the way. I prefer this model because I don’t have to watch the clock and my only task is to deliver the best and most beautiful spaces possible.

Book your free introductory phone call so we can discuss the projects you are embarking on.

SCHEDULE AN IN-HOME MEET + GREET
If we are a fit, we will have a 30-minute meeting at your home to review the timeframe, scale and scope of your project. After, I will develop your flat fee proposal and minimum furnishings budget expenditure.

AGREE ON TERMS & DESIGN BEGINS
Once we agree to the proposal terms and the design fee is paid, the concepting phase of the project begins!
